These are the terms for using builtforadhd.com and purchasing our products. We've tried to write them clearly, because we believe you should actually understand the terms you're agreeing to. If something doesn't make sense, email us.

1. The Basics

By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's totally fine — but please don't use the site or buy anything. "We" means Built for ADHD (operated by Zander Krause). "You" means you, the person reading this.

2. What You're Buying

Our products are digital templates — primarily Google Sheets and PDF files. When you purchase a product, you receive:

• A link to make your own copy of the Google Sheet template
• Any included PDF companion guides
• Access to future updates for the specific products you purchased

You are buying a personal license for your own use. More on that in section 4.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through Payhip and Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but if you've already purchased something, you won't be charged more for it. Bundles and discounts may be modified or removed at any time.

4. License and Usage

When you buy a template, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. That means:

• You can: Use it for yourself, customize it however you want, make multiple copies for your own use, use it on any device you own
• You can't: Resell it, redistribute it, share the template link with others, include it in your own products, or use it commercially as a service for clients

Basically: use it, love it, make it yours — just don't sell it or give it away. If you want a team or commercial license, email us.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions, no hoops. See our full refund policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, templates, and code — is owned by Built for ADHD. You can't copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. The templates you purchase are licensed to you (see section 4), not sold outright.

7. Disclaimer

Our templates are productivity tools, not medical advice. We are not therapists, doctors, or licensed mental health professionals. Our products are not a substitute for professional ADHD treatment, therapy, or medication. If you're struggling with ADHD, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Our products are provided "as is." We do our best to make them useful and bug-free, but we can't guarantee they'll solve every problem or work perfectly in every situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built for ADHD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Website Use

Don't do anything illegal with our site. Don't try to hack it, scrape it, or use it to distribute malware. Don't impersonate us. We reserve the right to block access if someone is misusing the site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, we'll try to give you a heads-up.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
