We're Built for ADHD. We make digital templates for people with ADHD. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: as little as possible, and we never sell it.

1. Who We Are

Built for ADHD is operated by Zander Krause. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Built for ADHD and its owner. Our website is builtforadhd.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to sell you templates and send you emails you asked for:

• Email address — when you sign up for our email list or make a purchase
• Name — if you provide one during purchase
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Payhip/Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
• Analytics data — basic, anonymized website usage data (pages visited, time on site) to improve our website. No personal profiling.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the products you purchased
• To send you emails you signed up for (product updates, blog posts, new releases)
• To process refunds if you request one
• To improve our website and products

That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, sell data to third parties, or use your information for anything you wouldn't expect.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a few third-party services that may process your data:

• Payhip — payment processing and digital product delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (via Payhip)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — Google Sheets (you access templates in your own Google account)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose partners who take privacy seriously.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — mostly functional ones that keep the website working properly. We don't use invasive tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we'll use privacy-respecting tools that don't require cookie consent banners.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data — email us and we'll tell you what we have
• Delete your data — email us and we'll remove it
• Unsubscribe — every email has an unsubscribe link that actually works
• Export your data — email us and we'll send you everything we have on you

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS, secure hosting, and trusted payment processors. We don't store sensitive payment data ourselves. We can't guarantee 100% security (nobody can), but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our products are not designed for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email if we have your address. We won't retroactively reduce your rights without your consent.
